where I've been building things- Planned and delivered end-to-end teacher lifecycle management overhaul — from new teacher signup flow, orientation, and licensing, to mapping to new students and incentive-based payouts. Took ownership of designing and delivering the new mapping engine to automate teacher-student mapping for demos.
- Took ownership to plan, deliver, and maintain leave and absenteeism policy for teachers and students, which reduced absenteeism on our platform by around 50%.
- Planned and moved all admin-related interfaces for teachers from web platform to a mobile app for convenient calendar management, student handling, and better reachable notifications.
- Revived the pre-existing mobile app for teachers. Improved Daily Active Users from around 300 to 2,700.
- Contributed to in-house UI packages and performance optimizations on web servers.
- Built a Facebook clone with full social media features using React and Express
- Developed Shine.com clone - a job portal with recruiter and job seeker functionality
- Created FoodXprs - a lunch delivery service platform from scratch
